Policies & Terms of Use

Last Updated: July 31, 2026

Welcome to Wild Meridian. These Policies and Terms of Use govern your use of this website and your interactions with the consultations, services, events, resources, forms, and content offered by Wild Meridian and Rachelle Ruby.

By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, booking a consultation, registering for an event, purchasing a service, or otherwise using Wild Meridian’s services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue your use of the website and services.

About Wild Meridian

Wild Meridian provides educational, administrative, and facilitative services designed to support personal awareness, reflection, and thoughtful consideration of important documents, decisions, and life circumstances.

Wild Meridian also offers private and group sound experiences, public sound baths, hosted gatherings, and related wellness experiences intended to support relaxation, reflection, mindfulness, and connection.

Wild Meridian is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, financial advice, tax advice, medical advice, mental health counseling, psychotherapy, or crisis services.

Nothing contained on this website or provided through a consultation, event, sound experience, or other service should be construed as professional legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or schedule services through Wild Meridian. Anyone under 18 must have the involvement and written consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting a form, scheduling an appointment, registering for an event, or communicating with Wild Meridian.

No Attorney-Client or Professional Relationship

Booking a consultation, submitting information through this website, providing documents, or communicating with Wild Meridian does not create an attorney-client relationship, legal representation, fiduciary relationship, healthcare-provider relationship, therapist-client relationship, or any other licensed professional relationship.

The term Attorney-in-Fact, when used, refers to an individual who has been privately authorized to act as an agent under a valid written instrument. It does not mean an attorney-at-law and does not create an attorney-client relationship.

Administrative Guidance and Document Support

Wild Meridian’s administrative guidance, educational information, document support, and document review are provided for informational, organizational, and facilitative purposes only.

When Wild Meridian reviews a document, that review does not constitute legal analysis or an opinion regarding the document’s legal sufficiency, enforceability, tax treatment, financial consequences, or suitability for your circumstances.

Laws, regulations, filing requirements, agency procedures, and individual circumstances vary and may change. You are responsible for consulting appropriately licensed professionals before making legal, tax, financial, medical, estate-planning, or other significant decisions.

Wild Meridian does not guarantee the acceptance, approval, recognition, or effectiveness of any document, filing, application, strategy, or administrative process by a court, agency, financial institution, governmental body, or other third party.

Consultations

Consultations may provide:

  • Thoughtful discussion;

  • Educational guidance;

  • Administrative and organizational support;

  • Reflective facilitation; and

  • Space for personal inquiry and consideration.

Consultations are not intended to replace professional legal, financial, medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

The nature, scope, pricing, and availability of consultations and other services may change. Any service-specific proposal, written agreement, event listing, informed-consent form, or participation waiver provided to you will become part of your agreement with Wild Meridian.

If a service-specific written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the service-specific agreement will control.

Personal Responsibility

All information, guidance, services, and experiences offered by Wild Meridian are intended for educational, informational, administrative, reflective, or general wellness purposes.

You remain solely responsible for:

  • Your decisions, choices, and actions;

  • The interpretation and use of information provided;

  • Reviewing and verifying the accuracy of documents and information;

  • Understanding the possible implications of your decisions;

  • Meeting applicable deadlines or requirements;

  • Seeking appropriately licensed professional advice when necessary; and

  • Any outcomes resulting from decisions made following a consultation or experience.

Wild Meridian does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, approval, resolution, transformation, or personal experience.

Client Responsibilities

By booking a consultation, submitting an inquiry, purchasing a service, or registering for an event, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information;

  • Participate respectfully and in good faith;

  • Understand the nature and limitations of the services provided;

  • Ask questions when information or expectations are unclear;

  • Inform Wild Meridian of relevant accessibility or participation needs; and

  • Seek licensed professional advice when appropriate.

Wild Meridian reserves the right to decline or discontinue services in response to unlawful, abusive, unsafe, threatening, misleading, or persistently disruptive behavior.

Documents and Information

You may voluntarily provide documents or other information for consideration during a consultation.

By submitting materials, you acknowledge that:

  • You have the right and authority to share them;

  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;

  • Wild Meridian’s review is educational, administrative, and facilitative in nature; and

  • Reviewing a document does not constitute legal analysis, legal advice, or representation.

Wild Meridian does not claim ownership of original documents or materials you provide.

Reasonable efforts will be made to handle your information respectfully and maintain appropriate confidentiality. However, electronic communications and online file transmission cannot be guaranteed to be completely private or secure.

Please do not submit Social Security numbers, complete financial-account details, medical records, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form unless Wild Meridian has specifically requested the information through an appropriate method.

Sound Baths and Sound Experiences

Wild Meridian’s sound baths and sound experiences are intended to support relaxation, reflection, mindfulness, connection, and personal exploration. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, mental health treatment, or substitutes for care from a licensed healthcare professional.

Terms such as “sound therapy,” “sound healing,” and similar phrases are used as general wellness descriptions. They do not represent a promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.

Sound experiences may include sustained tones, vibration, periods of silence, and sounds that vary in volume and intensity. Participation is voluntary, experiences vary from person to person, and no particular result is guaranteed.

You may pause or leave an experience if you become uncomfortable. Please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating if you are pregnant or have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, tinnitus, significant sound sensitivity, sound-triggered migraines, a recently completed medical procedure, an implanted or electronic medical device, or another condition that could affect your ability to participate comfortably.

Participants are responsible for informing Rachelle before the experience begins of relevant accessibility needs, health concerns, or sensory sensitivities. Wild Meridian may modify or decline participation when reasonably necessary to support participant safety and well-being.

A separate informed-consent form or participation waiver may be required for private sessions, hosted experiences, or public events.

Sound Experience Inquiries and Confirmation

Submitting an inquiry form does not reserve a date or confirm a private session, hosted gathering, or event.

A private sound experience or hosted event is confirmed only after Wild Meridian has:

  • Confirmed the date and details in writing;

  • Received any required agreement or participation documents; and

  • Received any required payment or deposit.

Availability and pricing are subject to change until the experience has been formally confirmed.

Hosted Events and Venues

For sound experiences held at a private residence, business, retreat, farm, outdoor property, or third-party venue, the host is responsible for:

  • Obtaining permission to use the location;

  • Providing accurate information about the venue and expected attendance;

  • Disclosing relevant access, parking, noise, terrain, weather, or safety considerations;

  • Maintaining a reasonably safe and lawful environment; and

  • Complying with venue rules and applicable local requirements.

Wild Meridian may postpone, modify, relocate, or decline an experience if the location, weather, attendance, participant conduct, or other circumstances could reasonably interfere with safety or the quality of the experience.

Payments

All consultation fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Pricing for private sound experiences and hosted events will be communicated before payment is requested. A deposit may be required to reserve a date.

Current prices may be displayed on the website, booking page, event listing, invoice, or proposal. Prices and service availability are subject to change without prior notice, although confirmed purchases will remain subject to the pricing agreed upon at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Your use of those services may also be governed by the payment provider’s terms and privacy practices.

Appointment Cancellations and Rescheduling

Consultations may be canceled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be nonrefundable. Missed appointments and no-shows are not eligible for refunds.

If you arrive late, the consultation will generally end at its originally scheduled time to avoid disrupting later appointments.

Wild Meridian reserves the right to reschedule appointments because of illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances. If Wild Meridian cancels an appointment, you may transfer your payment to another available date or receive a refund of the amount paid.

Private sound experiences and hosted events may have different deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms. Those terms will be provided in the applicable proposal or service agreement.

Public Event Policies

Public events may have additional policies relating to age requirements, venue rules, ticket transfers, photography, accessibility, arrival time, preparation, and participation. Applicable requirements will be provided on the event page or during registration.

Unless otherwise stated on the event page, public-event registrations are nonrefundable but may be transferred to another person with advance notice to Wild Meridian.

If Wild Meridian cancels a public event, the amount paid directly to Wild Meridian will be refunded. Wild Meridian is not responsible for related expenses such as travel, accommodations, transportation, parking, childcare, or time away from work.

Events may be postponed, relocated, modified, or canceled because of weather, illness, venue conditions, safety concerns, natural disasters, governmental restrictions, or circumstances beyond Wild Meridian’s reasonable control. Registered participants will be notified of the available options when an event changes.

Photography, Recordings and Testimonials

Wild Meridian will not intentionally use your name, image, testimonial, private documents, or personal story for promotional purposes without permission.

Public and collaborative events may occasionally be photographed or recorded. When applicable, notice will be provided through the event listing, venue signage, registration process, or a separate media-release form.

Unless otherwise stated, all original content on this website—including text, graphics, photographs, images, logos, blog content, downloads, educational materials, forms, audio, video, and design elements—is the property of Wild Meridian or is used with permission.

You may view and use the website for your personal, noncommercial purposes. No content may be copied, reproduced, republished, sold, distributed, modified, or commercially used without prior written permission.

Website Content and Availability

Information provided on this website is for general educational and informational purposes only.

Although Wild Meridian makes reasonable efforts to provide useful and current information, no warranties are made regarding its accuracy, completeness, reliability, availability, or suitability for a particular purpose.

Website content, services, pricing, and availability may be updated or changed at any time without notice. Wild Meridian does not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure, complete, or error-free.

Third-Party Links and Services

This website may contain links to third-party websites, venues, payment processors, scheduling platforms, social media services, or other resources.

Wild Meridian does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, security, products, or services provided by third parties. Following a third-party link or using a third-party service is at your discretion and may be governed by separate terms.

Privacy

Wild Meridian may collect information you voluntarily provide through contact forms, inquiry forms, booking forms, event registrations, and email subscriptions.

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal information are addressed in the Wild Meridian Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

Please review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information through this website.

Email and Text Communications

When you submit an inquiry, schedule a service, or register for an event, you consent to receive communications reasonably necessary to respond to your request and administer the service or event.

Marketing emails will be sent only when you have opted in or when otherwise permitted by law. You may unsubscribe using the link included in a promotional email. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not prevent Wild Meridian from sending transactional messages relating to an active inquiry, appointment, purchase, or event registration.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Your use of this website, its information, and Wild Meridian’s services is voluntary and at your own discretion.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Meridian and its owner, contractors, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

  • Your use of or reliance on website content;

  • Decisions made based on information provided;

  • Interruptions or technical issues involving the website;

  • Third-party websites or services;

  • Event changes or cancellations; or

  • Outcomes associated with consultations, documents, services, or experiences.

For a claim arising from a purchased service, Wild Meridian’s total liability will not exceed the amount paid directly to Wild Meridian for the service giving rise to the claim, except where a different limitation is required by law.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable consumer-protection laws.

Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Meridian, its owner, contractors, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website or services, your violation of these terms, or materials you submit without the right or authority to do so.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact Wild Meridian and make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern informally.

If a matter cannot be resolved informally, disputes will be handled in an appropriate court located in San Diego County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

Wild Meridian reserves the right to update or modify these terms to reflect changes in services, business practices, technology, or applicable requirements.

The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website and services after revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Severability

If any portion of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
