Cancellation Policy

Booking & Cancellation Policies Scheduling Your Session Appointments may be booked directly through the Wild Meridian website. Confirmation details, including web conferencing information, will be provided upon booking. Please ensure you select a time when you can participate in a quiet, uninterrupted environment. Cancellations & Rescheduling Life happens, and flexibility is important. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to forfeiture of the session fee. Missed Appointments If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided notice beforehand, the appointment will be considered a no-show and is generally not eligible for a refund. Refunds The complimentary 15-minute Introductory Consultation is provided at no charge. For paid sessions, refunds are generally not available after the appointment has taken place. If exceptional circumstances arise, please reach out directly and we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. Scope of Services Wild Meridian provides educational guidance, facilitation, and personal support. Services are not intended to replace legal, financial, tax, medical, psychological, or other licensed professional advice. Any decisions made following a consultation remain the sole responsibility of the client.
